Atlantic Holiday Centre’s hotel restaurant in Tenerife serves gastronomy of the highest quality.

In 2011 Atlantic Holiday Centre made a unique cooperation with the Danish restaurant chain COFOCO and their chefs have combined a Spanish inspired menu from local food commodities in Tenerife especially for our holiday guests. The name of our new gourmet restaurant is Jamón Jamón. Jamón means ham in Spanish and is an important part of the Spanish tapas culture. The name sounds Spanish and exotic in the ears of the foreigners and different and witty in the ears of the locals.

Jamón Jamón is inspired by the classic Spanish cuisine and is based on fresh local food commodities, cultivated in the volcanic soil in Tenerife. The local food products are the focal point in the menu and what defines Jamón Jamón. Some guest might have seen the movie by the same name as the restaurant made by the famous Spanish director Pedro Almodóvar. Jamón Jamón is in many ways a witty, different name with associations to Spanish tapas.
